Everything you should know before booking, in plain language.
You can book online from each boat's page, with secure payment in the booking calendar, or via WhatsApp. Any outstanding amount is paid on the day of the trip before boarding.
With 7 or more days' notice, 100% of the amount paid is refunded; between 7 and 4 days, 50% of the rental; with less than 4 days' notice, or if you don't show up, there is no refund. Full details in the cancellation policy.
If we decide the boat can't go out because of sea or wind conditions, you choose between changing the date at no cost or a full refund. The decision is based on objective safety criteria (AEMET forecast, wind, swell and Harbour Master (Capitanía) warnings); a cloudy or cool day does not entitle you to cancel free of charge. Full details in the cancellation policy.
