How we handle the data you give us.
The data you send us through the contact form, by WhatsApp, by phone or when booking (name, email, phone number, date and booking details) are used only to reply to your enquiry, manage your booking and meet the legal obligations of the rental, such as the contract and the identification of the skipper or the hirer.
The performance of the contract or of the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take, and compliance with legal obligations. If we send you marketing communications, it will only be with your consent.
For as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by legal and tax obligations.
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use providers that process it on our behalf: website hosting, the Turitop booking platform, the email service and the website chat assistant.
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@surdekboats.es. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
